NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS: Treatments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. However, please inform your practitioner if you need to cancel due to illness. We appreciate your understanding.

DIRECT BILLING: We offer direct billing for all our services.

PARKING: We offer free parking conveniently located behind the clinic’s building. However, you must register your vehicle. To do this, scan the QR code in our reception area, then enter your license plate number.

Bob graduated from Mount Royal College with his MT certification in 1995, and shortly after started work at the prestigious Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Relaxation-only treatments were not to his liking, and he soon joined a clinic in Canmore, with a focus on therapeutic massage. He has worked with elite athletes, including several Olympic Nordic skiers. Bob continues to work with the same zest and result-focused treatments that he started with, and four years ago was voted “Best Massage Therapist in the Bow Valley”.

Joanne is a skilled massage therapist with 20+ years of experience. She’s worked with diverse clients and travelled to Sochi, Russia, to work with the National Para-Nordic Ski Team at the Paralympics.

She utilizes various massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, Kinesio taping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston).

In addition, Joanne is also certified in Low-Intensity Laser Therapy, which uses red and infrared light to help clients achieve optimal healing and health benefits.
